Second Meeting 2/13

Just a reminder, our first seminar is on March 2nd from 2:20-4:00 in the dance studio. It will be split into two sessions, one from 2:20-3:10 and the other from 3:10-4:00, and you can attend either or both. It will have a focus on basic self-defense, and no experience is required. Sign up for it here. No experience is necessary.

If you are interested in attending the seminars where we will teach you martial arts and basic self-defense, please make sure to sign the waiver form attached here. Once you do, turn it in to us and we will keep it for you and you will be able to participate in all of our events.
